What we do with your data, plainly

What we receive

• Your quiz answers (spot, action chosen, result), linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie: they are used to compute your score, your level, your weak spot and the anonymous weekly leaderboard.
• A cookie that recognizes you on this device for one year. It lets us skip asking for your email again, keep your quiz score and progress, and count how many players come back (internal statistics: the day and the page opened, no IP address, no third-party service).
• Your email, only if you enter it: to receive the spot of the week, to save your progress, or to reserve the Pro founder price.
• The server's technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for 7 days for security.
• On the French hand-analysis tool only (Winamax hand histories): the uploaded files are used for the calculation and deleted as soon as it ends. Only a summary of your hands is kept (cards, bet, result, EV), without your opponents' screen names.

What we never do

• No data on your opponents: their screen names are neither displayed nor stored.
• No pooling of hands between players, no data sharing between accounts, no opponent profiling.
• No real-time display, no help during a session. The site is built for study after the fact.
• We never sell or pass on your email.

Why your email

If you sign up for the spot of the week, we send you one email a week with a spot to solve (legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form). Your quiz score is linked to your email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you save your progress, your email lets us send you a sign-in link to get it back on another device (legal basis: the service you request). The link is valid for 7 days and needs no password.

If you reserve the Pro founder price, we keep your email, the date and the page you came from, only to let you know when Pro opens (legal basis: your request). No payment is taken. To opt out, write to us or delete your email as explained below.

How long

• Quiz answers: kept to show your progress over time; deleted on request.
• Uploaded hand-history files (French tool): deleted at the end of the calculation; the summary of your hands and results: 7 days without email, 90 days with one.
• Email: until you ask us to delete it, or 2 years without a visit.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability: write to us at contact@exploit-it.com, we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
